1. Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 serving POSSIBLE Vanilla Protein

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

Blend up all the ingredients together in your blender and enjoy this pumpkin treat!

2. Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of yogurt

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
